Forensic Services Pricing
At COITHEALTH, we offer comprehensive forensic evaluations and therapy services tailored to meet the unique needs of each legal case. Our pricing is structured to reflect the level of detail and the time required for these specialized services.Forensic Evaluations
Our forensic evaluations range from 15 to 35 pages and are tailored to the specific needs of the case. Evaluations include in-depth interviews, psychological and other testing, collateral review, and the development of comprehensive reports that can be used in legal proceedings.- Pricing Range:$1,750 – $4,000 (Average $2500) The price for each forensic evaluation varies based on the complexity and length of the report, with an initial retainer required to begin the process.
- Retainer Fee:$1,750 A retainer of $1,750 is required to initiate the evaluation. The remaining balance will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the complexity of the evaluation and the level of detail required.
- Comprehensive Pricing: After the initial consultation and assessment of the case, we will provide a detailed breakdown of the total cost. Final pricing will depend on the length of the evaluation, the number of sessions, and any additional testing required.
Therapy Sessions
We also offer therapy sessions that address mental health and substance abuse issues, including court-mandated programs. Prices vary depending on the type of therapy, testing, and interventions required.- Individual Therapy Sessions: $175 – $225 per session Depending on the specific tests and interventions involved, the cost of therapy sessions varies. These sessions can include substance abuse treatment, anger management, and trauma-informed care.
- Court-Mandated Programs: Prices for court-mandated programs such as anger management or substance abuse treatment fall within this range, and specialized interventions may affect the final cost.
Expert Witness and Consultation Services
- Expert Witness Testimony: $350 per hour(includes court appearances, depositions, and preparation) We provide expert witness testimony based on forensic evaluations, including preparation time and appearances in court.
- Consultation Services: $250 per hour Legal professionals and courts may request our consultation services to provide insights on complex mental health, substance abuse, or neurocriminological issues.
Payment and Scheduling Information
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, Zelle direct bank transfers, Cashapp and Venmo. (All credit cards incur an additional 4% CC fee)
- Retainer: A retainer of $1,750 is required to begin any forensic evaluation.
- Custom Pricing: For more complex cases or extended services, a custom pricing plan will be provided following the initial consultation.
